Healthy dark choccolate avocado truffles


I was searching for something healthy and quick to cook and, at the end, I found these delicious truffles. They’re made of dark choccolate, wich is full of antioxidants and helps lower blood pressure, and avocado. Avocado contains different vitamins and minerals, is known as a “good fat” and it’s really “popular” ( I see recipes or photos with avocados everywhere, like everywhere!)


  • 1 medium avocado, ripe
  • 284g choccolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons


  1. Cut the avocado and mash it using a fork or a mixer
  2. Take 1/2 cup of the choccolate chips and melt the choccolate. Set the other half aside
  3. Mix the smashed avocado, the melted choccolate chips and the choccolate chips (they will make the truffle crunchy)
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for an hour and a half
  5. Using your hands roll into a ball the mixture and then roll it in the cocoa powder
