Hello everyone!
Today I want to talk about a very important topic: the relationship that we have with our body.
It doesn’t matter if you want to be a model, a chef or a doctor the relationship between you and your body is the most important thing, and, even if in some jobs is more significant your physical appearance, it doesn’t mean that you can have an unhealthy lifestyle. Here you can find my top 4 for an healthy lifestyle.
1) Water
Is really important to drink a lot of water during the day.
Water is good for our skin,hair,organis and more
Even if everyone says this I want to remember that drinking a glass of hot water with lemon in the morningwith is the best way to start your day!
2) You are what you eat
Obviosly this is a figure of speech otherwhise I would be a bar of dark choccolate or a bowl of fruit! But we have to remember that we need to give our body the nutrients it needs by eating healthy. Fruit and vegetables are really important but also fish, dairy products, cereals… The best way to be healthy is to eat a little bit of everything ( sweets included)
3) Do your breakfast
A lot of people tend not to do it. I was one of them, in fact when I was a child I used to skip my breakfast. Now is the first thing I do as soon as I get up.
In the morning you need energy to go through your day and you need to do your healthy breakfast
4) Exercise
Exercise is really important,you don’t have to exercise because you want to lose weight, you have to exercise because it’s good for you and your health. There are different ways of working out: swim, dance, go to the gym and more. In addition exercise is good for our mental health, especially when we’re stressed.
