In the morning you should drink a glass of water with lemon,this is a good way to start your day!
You are what you eat
With this sentence I don’t want to say that we can’t eat sweets but not a lot. Is really important to eat fruit and vegetable and not a lot of sweets. For example, if you’re hungry, eat an apple, a banana or if you’re thirsty, drink a cup of tea, a glass of water instead of a glass of coca-cola
Do your breakfast
A lot of people don’t do it, when I was a child I used to skip my breakfast and a lot of people do this mistake.
In the morning you need energy to go through your day and you need to do your breakfast
Exercise is really important,you don’t have to exercise because you want to lose weight, you have to exercise because it’s good for you and your health
